There are over 80 RV paved spacious sites available with full hookups including water, sewer, and 30-50 Amp electricity with blacktop streets leading to concrete pad with a patio. There is a state of the art shower house that has in-floor heat and air conditioning with restroom facilities along with laundry. A beautiful cottage that is available for rental year round.

Deer Run Resort is open from April 15th through October 15th and the immaculate Deer Run Lodge is open for the campers to use as a place to meet friends, have potlucks, or just sit and read in our library with your favorite book or magazine. Take a stroll or bike ride around the Three Sister's Lake.

RV Campers will enjoy your own camp fire ring, picnic table, concrete pad with patio and firewood is available. The abundant wildlife of Northeastern Iowa such as the whitetail deer, bald eagles, turkey and pheasants are what makes Deer Run Resort different than the other RV Parks. Visit the Three Sister's five acre lake and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Northeast Iowa's preferred RV Park and Resort.

Deer Run Resort sits on the edge of Elkader which is nestled in a woodland valley along the winding Turkey River where fishing is plentiful and canoeing & tubing is the favorite past time. There are many things to do at and around Deer Run Resort with the local swimming pool, new playground equipment, and several biking & hiking nature trails within walking distance. Take a romantic stroll down the Riverwalk along side of the Turkey River and see what the local community has to offer including antique stores, a movie theater, a nine golf course, eating establishments and much, much, more.

Our sites are very spacious for any BIG RIGS and we can accommodate any size.

Deer Run Resort's state of art shower house has restrooms, showers, laundry and also is our storm shelter.

The shower house is supplied with soft water, in-floor heat and is also air conditioned.

Unique cottage, sleeps up to six, with gas fireplace & fully furnished kitchen. This cottage retreat is open year round and is equipped with central air and heating so you are kept comfortable at all times no matter what kind of weather mother nature brings.
